Client's Feelings :
Client feels uncomfortable and insecure if anyone attend her in the bathroom. Therefore she does not want anyone to attend her in the bathroom. She does not want to take the support of other in doing her daily routine activities as much as possible.
PSW Actions :
PSWs (Personal Support Workers) helps their clients to carry out daily routine living activities and promoting independence of the client along with optimal functioning. They also provide emotional help and comfort to the clients, relieve loneliness, and promotes the client's self respect.

a) Age : Age factor affects Mrs. Gregg's relearning of speech and mobility. Higher age obstructs the relearning process because of the degradation of her nervous system.
b) Individual characteristics : personality : Strong personality of the person helps in quick relearning of speech and mobility. It is due to the strong will power of the individual.
c) Environment : Both social and physical environment of the person affects the relearning of speech and mobility. If the environment in which the person is living is supportive, then it favours the relearning process.

Restorative Care is a type of care in the health care system which includes follow-up care and rehabilitation to an optimal functional level physically, mentally, and socially.
Restorative care plays a significant role in helping with Mrs. Gregg's rehabilitation. It helps to preserve her optimum level of functioning and independence. It can slow down or reverse her difficulties regarding her daily activities. It can enable her to adapt to her changing needs.
PSW could also assist with this process by helping the client to carry out daily activities, motivating her, promoting her self respect and independence, and implementing care plan interventions.
