Optimum nutrition whey protein is selected because it is most popular protein powder in the market and have high protein, low carb, low fat, inexpensive.

Optimum nutrition whey has got various range of flavours like chocolate flavour which is pleasent and mild with great in milk where as in the fortness whey only 5 flavours available.
