a1) Equivalent unit of material = Unit transferred out+(Ending WIP*percent completion) = 52800+19200 = 72000

Equivalent unit of conversion = 52800+(19200*60%) = 64320

a2) Equivalent unit of material = 36000+24000*100% = 60000

Equivalent unit of conversion = 36000+(24000*40%) = 45600

b) Ending WIP = 11000-7000 = 4000

Equivalent unit of material = 7000+4000*100% = 11000

Equivalent unit of conversion = 7000+(4000*40%) = 8600
