Answer #1

Answer :- Calculation of Cash Flow to investors from operating activities:-

Earning After tax = (EBITDA - Interest - Depreciation)*65%

Earning after tax = ($7,299,975 - $1,155,379 - $1,023,294)*65%

Earning after tax = $3,328,846.3

Cash Flow to investors from operating activities = EAT + Depreciation + Interest

Cash Flow to investors from operating activities = $3,328,846.3 + $1,023,294 + $1,155,379

Cash Flow to investors from operating activities = $5,507,519.3 or $5,507,519
