It is false that in women, estrogen level declines due to stress.

There is no evidence that stress can decrease the estrogen level but estrogen level can interfere with how the body deals with stress(Stress response).

Similarly, there is no evidence that the risk of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular disease decreases the estrogen level in a women's body.
