Answer : Formal or informal proposal are written in order to check out the Feasibility of the project for the company and investors. Both check the feasibility and and applicability of the project as follows :

• Proposal should be specificed what exactly the project should provided.
• Proposal should provide guidelines about the objective / problem of the project in systematic manner.
• Proposal should describe the current situation of the project in logical and systematic manner.
• Helpful in making improvement or provide better opportunity
• Different and cost reduction techinques of doing work in logical and systematic manner.
• Provide proper plan alignment for solving the problem in logical manner.
• Higher profit and cost reduction techinques has been provided.
