Primary sex characters are the changes which are seen in a sexual organs itself.Primary sex characterstics are directly associated with reproduction for example testis for male and ovaries in female.

Secondary sex characterstics are the changes which are seen from puberty which are breasts,high voice in female and low voice, facial hair and body height and shape.They are not directly related to reproduction.These characterstics help in knowing difference between male and female.
