Explanation : X axis = countries, Y axis= counts
The bar graph represents the number of racers from each of the countries participating in the event. The height of the bars represent the total number of racers corresponding to that specific country. Example : The bar corresponding to Spain has a height of 12 i.e 12 racers are participating from Spain. Similarly rest of the bars are decided.
Histogram with unequal class width and equal class width :


Explanation : X axis = age, Y axis = frequency
As we can see, with unequal class widths are heights of the bins are changed. As for example : for the age range (22-25) in the first graph (i.e the first bin), the frequency is 9 whereas in the second graph the first bin has a age range of (21-23) and a frequency of 1. i.e only 1 racer belongs to that age group.
Hence we can conclude with unequal class intervals the histogram will look differently.
