According to the given reaction 4 moles of Na reacts with 1 mole of O2. It is given that 3 molecules of O2 is present initially. So number of atoms of Na required to completely react with 3 molecules of O2 will be - 4 x 3 =12.

So 12 atoms of Na will be required.
