People will be overweight when they eat more calories. eating too little, genetics, psychological factors, poor sleep, less physical activity, and other chronic disorders increase their weight. eating too many calories body get more energy and excess calories stored as fat in our body. eating low calories can decrease metabolism and cause loss of muscle mass. Obesity and weight gain are a public health problem. obesity preventive strategies and policies provide healthy choices and increasing physical activity and preventing sedentary lifestyle, bans of unhealthy foods, nutrition regulations, economic consideration, employment, social networking for strong motivation. food industry strategies to avoid sweetened beverages and promoting healthy products reduce overweight and obesity.healthful food options by providing incentives to private sectors that avoid diversity and increase cost on the proposed policy. making taxes for unhealthy foods decrease the consumption of unhealthy foods.
