1) yes because first is a salt of weak acid 2 with strong base NaOH

2) No as the salt is not of strong acid+ weak base but it is the salt of strong acid HNO2 with NaOH

3) No, there is no salt but both are strong bases.

4) No , same reason as 2 and the salt is of strong acid HCl+ strong base NaOH

5) No. When we mix them, It will result in case 2 after the reaction take place.

Acid + Base gives salt plus water.
