In the case of chronic disease or illness, nurse should provide quality of care by including the evidence based practice. The evidence based practice enables nurses to provide quality of care, critical thinking skills, reduces the health disparities and enhances the decision making skills. This will elevate the health of patients. Providing cultural competence environment to the patient enables them to recover fast.
