In the nursing process most of the skills are required to provide quality of care to the patients. It is important to consider each and every skills that can improve patient's skills. Some of the skills such as critical thinking skills, making right decision at right time. The nursing process requires each skills to be performed. Effective communication is also important as in teaching patient plan of care, communication should be effective so that the patient may understand things clearly. It is important to provide safety as well as cultural competence environment to the patients. This will elevate the quality of care provided to the patients. The indulge of evidence based practice in nursing practice can bring out positive results. Nurse should have enough and sufficient knowledge to treat and takecare of the patients.
