Please post a well-written discussion about your thoughts on "intensity" and your favorite forms of exercise.
Answer: Intensity means the rate at which the physical activity is being performed. Physical activity should be included in our daily routine such as walking, jogging, situps etc. Intensity is of two types, moderate intensity and vigorous intensity. The moderate intensity includes the brisk walking, gardening, danicing, doing household work and active in outdoor games such as playing badminton, volleyball etc. Vigorous intensity includes running, swimming, fast walking, climbing the hills and moving heavy loads.
My favourite form of exercise is aerobic as it involves the activity of the whole body such as running, squats, stretching. Aerobic exercise makes body flexible, shed excess weight and keep the internal organ active. It also helps in muscle toning and hence keeps the body in shape.
