In obstertics Leopold's maneuver is a common systemic way to determine positions of the inside the uterus.

Purpose:

1. it helped to determine fetal positions, lie, attitude, degree of descend position, fetal back and fetal heart rate.  

Gravida:

Gravida represents the number of pregnancy.

Para:

It indicates number of delivery.

Indication of c- section:

1. Fetal distress

2. Failure of maternal efforts.

Nursing intervention:

2. Assess status and changes.

3. Assess pain control with epidural

Epidural:

1. Anesthesia administer through this route.

why it's done:

Its regional anesthesia helps to block pain in particular region

2. Follow aseptic techniques.
