The justification of the reaction could be pointed out as :
1. [Cu(NH3)4 ]2+ and CO32- has similar size which helps in the formation of the compound [Cu(NH3)4]CO3 .
2. Number of products increase compared to number of reactants hence, entropy of the reaction increase.
3. H2CO3 is an acid hence it will easily loose two H+ ions to release carbonate radical.
