1)In terms of current trends in wellness in USthere is a slight decrese in the quality has been observed.Because some factors that contributing to our health such as Fat packaged food,sugar soft drinks,and some junk foods rate is reduced .this can be cosiderd as the wellness model of US is becoming in a better way.

most of the people are prepfering organic and natural foods rathers than the junk foods.this also maybe considerd as a sign of good wellness model.In terms of the US market keeps leading in absolute growth terms,as the american consumers is lookig for aholistic approches and seeking organic ranges ,simple ingredient lists,no artificial addictives,and noon gmo products.

1. occupational:better to choose a career which is consistent with our personel values,intrest and beliefs ;and better to develop functional and transfersble skills through complete involement
2. emotional:coping effectively with life and creating satisfying relationships.

The hospitals and physicians dont adopt new technolgies more quickly,particularly atechnolgy like aspirine that is so inexpensive and would appear to require little physician training to implement.they suggest that physicians historicaly have faced little pressure to change the old habits due to the notoriosly imperfect nature of healthcare markets.however public reporting oftechnology use by hospital,as was recently instituted in case of beta blockers,may help to speed up the pace of technology adoptionand reduce inefficiencies inthe provision of healthcare.

QUES4) provider induced demand is an ecnomic term that refers to greater demand for services than what would otherwise be expected in a perfect market.provider means physicians who care for patients in different reimbursement models.

The number of physicians entering primary health care practice decreses and the number of specialists increses .Thus,despite the growing number of patients who are demanding access to healthcare there continues to be a greater supply of specialists and fewer primary care physicians.this laeds to greater cost and strain in the system in terms of unnessasary procedures,less access and consumer apathy on cost of care within an already fragmented healthcare system.
