Many Americans dying yearly with Cardiovascular disease due to many causes. one of my best friend's father died recently with CVD at the age of 55 years old due to less physical activity and high smoking cessation. My friend also newly diagnosed with high blood pressure, he is obese and belonged to an unhealthy diet. As medical professional we have to prevent this in this early stage and get treated before it becomes more complicated. controlling high blood pressure and high cholesterol intervention needs by increasing people's knowledge. I have encouraged my friend as per healthy people 2020 for nutrition counseling, weight management program, and treatment under coverage by avoiding out of pocket expenses.
