New outbreaks of any disease will create fear among the clients as well as the staffs ... it is important to take care of the patient as well as staffs because every life is valuable... in this situation as a representative of staff I would ensure the following.

1.frstly ensure about the type of screening test... its pros and cons... what is the method of testing... range values of the test must be ensures... and also make sure does this test affect the staff in anyway..

2.What is the mode of transmission of the disease because I would collecting the information about the disease condition so that we can protect each other in all the ways possible...

3. Ensure about the isolation room , strict fumigation, sterilization and personal protective equipments,

4 Ensure about the doses of vaccination and its action time...

5. Also for safer side we must ensure that, if unexpectedly staff is exposed to the flu what is the immediate aid for it...

6. If suppose inspite of following all these , the staff get attacked by the flu ensure about the free treatment of the staff ...

These all points should be ensures as an staff representative...
