1. I purchased a power bank from Amazon which is a valid contract in the eyes of law.
2. I took a flight of AirIndia from delhi to pune. This is also a valid contract.
3. I bailed my car to the garage for repairing. Here also a valid contract and parties: me and the repairing guy
4. I guaranteed the performance of my friend to third party on a contract he made with that party regarding repayment of a loan.
