Account payable & Common stock shown in assets side which is wrong it will come in liability side.

Equipment shown in liability side but it will come in assets side under non current assets.

The current balance sheet shown below,

Total Assets 247,500

Liability

Common Stock 115,000

Accounts Payable 10,000

Retained Earning 120,000  

Wages Payable 2,500

Total Liabilities 247,500

Accounting Equation given Below,

Assets = Liability + Stock holder equity

247,500 = 12,500 + 235,000

In this given question Stock holder equity = Common Stock + Retained Earning
