the given statement can be considered as a good policy and this is because of the fact that more education especially regarding the health care can get people to take precautions and follow a healthy lifestyle and this can lead to decrease in the increased healthcare costs and allowing people to engage more in in healthy practices with which the average lifespan increases and US can become one of the healthiest Nations and that is the reason why education can be considered as a better source of investment to make the country one of the healthiest.
