Answer #1

Bone health is important as it plays many roles in our body such as protecting organs, provide structure, storing calcium etc.

We can build strong bones during childhood and adolescence.genes plays an important role in our bone size and lifestyle choices also determine the bone mass.During rapid growth we can increase our bone density.Peak bone mass is our maximum bone size and strength. This is between the age of 25 and 30.By exercising and healthy food we can acheive our Peak Bone mass.

But when a person reaches 40 they begin to lose bone mass.In women it is higher than man because women have smaller bones and thinner cortex and also smaller diameter and also menopause is also the cause of bone mass.Due to the loss of minerals and calcium, bone loss is seen and which will result in osteoporosis which is a disorder which causes bones to become weak and leads to breakage.

To improve and maintain optimal bone health one should always have a healthy lifestyle which includes nutritional food, exercising, health lifestyle etc .And those who acquire peak bone mass during their adolescence may have lower risk of osteoporosis.
