For human life health is important. It is the right of everyone to the enjoyment of getting standard physical and mental health. Rights are a duty, for health professionals to provide health care. The human right to healthcare is a fundamental pursuing of a good life. So human being has basic rights to have basic health, it is important to have essential resources for basic health. no separate standards for health care to a good human life, but access to health care is having equal opportunity to have things that decent society makes it possible. the equal right is a basic right for receiving health care. equality is a requirement of fairness and view of human rights. As citizens, they have equal and positive rights to health care. inequality in health care is injustice it should be avoided. It is included that the fundamental capacity of grounded for human rights to health care with fact healthcare is critical to have this capacity.
