High blood pressure prevention program

In Saudi Arabia, due to active fast life people suffer from Hypertension. Both male female come under this.

Prevention Program can include

• Healthy diet consuming food - Proper quality and quantity of nutrition rich foods to be taken in daily routine diet. Low salt containing foods and fruits are advices to consume. Food items rich in Potassium are very effective in hypertension cases.  

Also servings per meal should be taken care of while eating.

• Regular exercise- Cardio or Chest exercise are must in a day. At home one can regularly spare some minutes for physical exercise.

• Weight Control- Monitoring own's weight should be made aware. Eating habits and exercise changing will help to achieve weight control.

Life style modifications are necessary.

• Avoid smoking- It's very dangerous to one who is a smoker as well as surrounding. Hypertension patient show avoid smoking.

• Avoid alcohol- Dangerous addiction.
