* Here the client is having pain since several months and he treated with ibuprofen, this medication prolonged usage leads to changes In the lab values are,

* According to client reports CBP means complete blood picture in these we will see all hemoglobin, white blood cells and platelets. So due to that medicine decreased platelets counts leads to bleeding may observs, from nose and gastrointestinal, and erotion of the sphenoid bone also abserved here.

* So, here we will see thrombocytopenia due to decreased platelets.

* And increased blood pressure.

* if there is any infections means WBC count may increases.

* if the bleeding increasing automatically the HB also will be decreases it leads to anemia.
