5. What are her favourite activities

6. I will ask about her eating pattern: What time does she eats, Her favourite foods, Her dislikes , vegetarian or non vegetarian etc.

7. Collect information about her vaccination

8. Know about her sleep pattern: How does she sleeps , her sleeping timings etc.

9. What are her favourite indoor and outdoor games.

10. Who is the family doctor of Hannah or the care giver
