Practical significance tells us the practical importance of the treatment, whether the treatment has real genuine, noticeable effect on the object under study. Whereas the statistical significance is used in hypothesis testing and is used to test the null hypothesis. If there is a significant difference between the treatments, then the null hypothesis is rejected.
