Hydrophilic amino acids: tends to orient on the exterior or exposed on the surface of the protein.
These amino acids are having polar side chains.
Example: aspartic acid, glutamic acid,arginine, lysine
Aspargine can form hydrogen bond interactions with the peptide or protein.. It is found on the surface exposed as well as in the interior of proteins.
