Purging means permanently removing or erasing the data.

The extra caution is required when purging the data, because once data purged from the system it can not be retrive again except back up files.  

So that's why compulsory we need to check one to three times before doing it.

Q. No 20. Answer data restore is the process of copying back up data from secondary storage

And it will be restored in original location or place or new location., it should be done when the data is lost, or stolen by others ,or if it damaged in original location.

In these time we can perform the data restoration .

The medisoft auto log off may taken place, when it is in inactivity for some time.

* for example if patient data is entered, it will be saved, and it is in inactive for some time auto log out may taken place.

* through auto log out there is no chance to open by any unrelated person.

* because it may have some security key and pass ward.

* so that the patient information can not access by any one.

* and it will be a secure for clients information.
