Public health is rapidly adopting a health in all policies approach to improving population health and advancing health equity. Based on your understanding of social determinants of health, why does this approach make sense?

• Public health follows learning by experiences. Different experiences means different policies. They will adopt the best policies and determine evidence based practice
• There are developed, under developed and developing countries. Certain countries have different policies to tackle air pollution which affects the health. By adopting different policies from different countries, we can prevent progressing of air pollution
• The requirements of health policies and equality are different in dveloped and developing countries, which promotes to adopt policies
• Social factors have a role in health inequality. To tackle this, different policies should be adoptes
• According to the evidences, health inequality is still a taboo in certain countries
• As compared to the past the number of patients are increased. Health policies are related to current number of chronic diseased patients, Climate change, Population ageing, Security of health, Resistance of antimicrobial. Infact, when we male policies we have to relate all these concerns to tackle the diseases
• Health is not only a physical one, but mental, social and spiritual. All these factors should be considered while implementing policies.
• The other factors which contribute to formulate policies are Social Circumstances, Political and historical factors, Vulnerable populations, Economic consideration, Sanitations, availability and transportation of vaccines and medicines, Environment, Availability of health care professionals. Infact, when we consider or implement a health care policy, we have to adopt different aspects for the success of public health
