1. Economic stability - employment ,income, bills ,support etc
2. Neighborhood and physical environment - housing , transportation ,safety ,parks ,etc
3. Education - literacy ,language ,education , vocational education ,higher education
4. Food - hunger ,access to healthy food
5. Community and social context - social integration , support system , discrimination ,stress etc
6. Health care system - health coverage , provider availability , quality of care .
The interpersonal relationship between the provider and patient is influenced by the patient's cultural diversity like for example Jehovahs people does not allow for blood transfusion , in this case the provider has to think and work the both ways to protect the patient and their culture if possible . While treating the patient the provider has to take in consideration their cultural aspects too which can be followed in terms of saving the life of the patient .
