Dance is a form of human movement with specific sequence and style.It varies according to the country and music.It can be a simple move to a very complex and complicated moves.There are many types of dance like ballet,aerial,classic,western,jays,hip pop,tap dance etc., One of the most difficult dance being Ballet. It dates back to 15th century originated from Italian renaissance.It is a form of classic ballet which demands specific techniques and practice overtime.The  difficult minute moves makes the dances at high risk for injury.The main elements being choreography, music,plot ,decoration .Here all are interrelated and can affect one's emotions. The choreography is a visualization and it affects the individuals emotions at first sight upon the movement.
