The way that the nursing intervene or advocate to incorporate ethical principles;

  1. Nursing intervene should needs be planned and accomplished in a fair way, it should needs to be depend on the number of client. Nurse should give their care to all client without any partiality but in a fair way, so that the nurse can fulfill the principle of justice.
  2. Nursing intervention should be made that is more useful and helpful for the client but not to themselves, so that the Nurse can achieve the principles of beneficiaries.
  3. By anyway the nurse intervene or advocate should not harm the client, there should not be any intentional or unintentional harm, every nurse should be free from doing assault. It will help them to follow the principles of nonmaleficence.
  4. Nursing advocate should need to be faithful in keeping their promise and what they had said to them. So it will fulfill the principles of fidelity.
  5. Nursing intervene and advocate should accept what they had done and they are very responsible for their care and action, this will be according to the principles of accountability.

The ways to incorporate legal and ethical theories;

  • ​According to the Need theory, the nursing intervene should be made to meet the basics needs of the client such as good breathing, sleep and rest, comfortable position and also nurse should maintain comfortable environment.
  • According to the self care theory, the nursing intervene should assist the client and motivate the client to do their simple work by themselves and develop their life goals
  • According to the Interpersonal theory, the nurse advocate may need to maintain proper relationship between their clients by the means of orientation, identification, exploitation and resolution. Nurse advocate should maintain their data in a confidential way.
