Answer: The ecological Model has five levels. Thr most important components that address the heart disease is the intrapersonal. It is because the choice of the food and living style affects the health of a person.

These influences the choice of an individual. They have major impact as the knowledge or education provides then information to adopt healthy lifestyle. The adoption of healthy lifestyle is being influenced by the mental health conditions. This is directly related to the health of a person.
