Molarity is defined M = moles / Volume in L

since water is added no. of moles of acid will remain same but volume will change and this will change the molarity

hence concentration will change (decrease)

Also , on dilution degree of dissociation increases hence dissociation constant Ka increases

since pKa = -log Ka hence if Ka changes the pKa will also change
