Answer: The Affordable Care Act aims to provide insurance to most of the citizens. It includes all the American, even LGBT Americans can easily access the healthcare facilities. The affordable Care act reduces the health disparities. The ACA has targeted near about 32 million of people. The reduced premium rates that could result in to increased health care facilities availability for the citizens.
