If patient given consent do further investigation process
Inspection- see any signs of skin involmet do to cancer like nipple eczema, redness and retraction at nipple area ,rippling and any previous surgery scar
Palaption- check for lump size and lump in Wich quadrant
Tenderness and lump are hard or soft and moveable or fix
After examination if suspect breast cancer do some investigating
1st do mammography if age >45 year
And taken sample of core needle biopsy
And refer to a surgeon
