Answer #1

15) Answer: 15$

Total cost = Total variable cost + total fixed cost

Total cost of first cake = 38 = 13 + Total fixed cost

Total fixed cost = 38-13 = 25

Total fixed cost will be same for all quantity of cakes

Total cost of second cake = 25+28 = 53

Marginal cost of second cake = Total cost of ( Second cake - First one )

MC = 53-38 = 15

14) Answer: 2500$

Total cost of 9 module = Total fixed cost + Total variable cost

Total cost of 9 module = 1080+7300 = 8380$

Total cost of 10 module = 10880

Marginal cost of tenth module = 10880-8380 = 2500

13) Answer: 300

Marginal product of first worker = 300 = Earnings of first worker - Earnings of zero worker

Earnings of first worker = 330+0 = 330

Marginal product of second worker = Earnings of ( Second - First worker)

MP = 630-330 = 300
