When you are formulating a course for Managing in Global environment, the following points should always be considered:

Tools of understanding: Always remember, a good course does not make the students know the topic but undertand it. SO one can use as many tools as possible inorder to help the students know and understand the topic. These can include PPTs and Smart classes.

2) Methods of teaching: Well, smart teacher make their students smarter! Hence the first approach should be the method of teaching this course. A lot lies in the way the teacher helps the students relate to the topics and subject they are studying.

3) Emperical evidences. You have to know the emperical tools and evidences that you can actually convey to make the understanding better. Like how some of these MNCs have achieved their goal of providing the best quality product and services to large and varied consumers.

4) Involvement: At the end one should ensure that there is enough involvement in class or else the students seemed to be bored and the entire prospect of attending and managing the class fails.
