1)The nurse should explain jeff and betty that during puberty every people undergo emotional, physical, psychological changes.Development occurs inside and outside of the body.Changes during puberty is natural and normal.Puberty is caused by the release of harmones in a body.So changes in Jeff body is normal.

2)The nursen can teach betty that during puberty different changes occur in body of a person.They develop psychosocial changes where they develop the ability to explore their independence and they can develop their own personality and know their true self.Cognative skills such as they develop their own reasoning, explore possibilities and use logic and mostly their way of thinking changes from a way of child to adult.
