Answer: Nurse need to take care of the patients. The nursing profession is life long learning process. Nurse indulge themselves in evidence based practice, nursing theories to provide quality care to the patients. The middle range theory plays major roles in the nursing as it provides ideas regarding implementation of care. The theory provides platform to the Nurse to provide enhanced care by reducing the medical errors, improving the care practices etc. These theories provide knowledge and enables them to determine the need and the requirements in their practice. It provides a kind of additional tool to uplift their standard of practice.
