1.Some of the best way to identify the cultural needs of a person are

  • By establishing a communication with the person and providing their space to explain about their values and believes which can give an idea about their language and needs of certain culture.
  • An physical examination by a healthcare professionals in the most appropriate ways.Certain culture people does not maintain eye contact, have specific body languages, dressing sense ,accest they speak, decision making etc.,

2.Abuse refers to something which can make a person feel unpleasant either psychologically or physically by another person.

The general indicator of abuse are

  • Neglecting, isolation ,lack of providing basic amenities,tiredness.loss of weight for elderly population by their children
  • Sucking ,biting, poor body languages, expression are a sort of abuse indicators in relation to sexual abuse

3.Psychological trauma refers to any form of disturbance which can affect a persons mental ability to think and proceed by affecting their emotions.

  • A person who has a psychological trauma due to a loss of close relationship in a family.They can be supported by making them aware of the birth and death is a natural phenomenon and everyone will definitely undergo it either earlier or late depending upon their overall health status
  • A rape can cause a severe psychological trauma for a young girl .She can be supported by providing the courage to face the society in an optimistic way.

4.A discussion could be facilitated by ensuring a proper communication between each other by understanding the role to be played by the facilitator in regards to the concepts.They can be provided information in regards to the patient disease condition and its treatment.
