Answer 1: This article explains about the diabetes and it's one of the reason obesity. Due to obesity people are more prone to the diabetes. Due to lack of physical activities and poor life style, this obesity is growing on a super large scale. It is commonly seen in women. Due to busy schedule and unhealthy eating, weight management have been become very difficult. Obesity not only give rise to the type II diabetes but also many heart related diseases such as cardiac arrest, hypertension etc. Once the weight increased, gives a lot of invitation to disease.

Answer 2: This article explains about the barrier for the motivators to include physical activities. The survey explain that people are ready to indulge physical activities but have limitations such as busy schedule, unaware about the positive side of physical activity. People should atleast walk for half an hour daily for their health and try to avoid caffeinated drinks or junk food. And at last it was concluded that once a person start to indulge himself in the physical activities, the more community will find to help him. In a group more zeal can be gained to attain better health.
