One of the best policies which has received Public sector and private sector funding as well as Consumer support is the Mid Day Meal Scheme In India which serves 12 lakh underprivileged children with daily necessity..

Various institutions and schools and libraries have been built for betterment of the policy via corporate funding as CSR and Government spending as part of Budget.

However this has now simply lacked interest for government and corporate for lack of implementation and is now only receiving funding through citizens and bootstrapping mode.

It is one if case studies which suggests public management needs heavy changes in implementing and execution of policies through risk management committees and deployment of additional manpower which oversses entire operating system of policy.

In future we need strategic Public Private Partnerships to make such policies successful like we have seen in Swachh Bharat Campaign.
