Answer #1

False statement as the regular physical exercise lowers the blood sugar level and make the body more sensitive to insulin. Although its the natural way to increase insulin sensitivity by exercise.

The ability to perform repeated muscular activities is called muscular endurance. By this, the person remains active for the longer duration and thus possesses the great resistivity as well as the immunity to shock, injury or trauma.

During the anaerobic exercise, the body develops an oxygen deficit. It is a kind of intense exercise and it creates a high lactate level during the strenuous exercise in the bodybuilding program, and thus the natural oxygen requirement of the body gets affected, leading to the oxygen deficit.
