Answer #1

All the following are ture about reaction rates except Reaction rates can be estimated with the coefficient of the balanced reaction . Because reaction rate does not estimated with the coefficient of the balanced reaction .

A reaction rate can be measured by the change in concentration and time . It is ture because

Reaction rate formula is

  AC Rate = \t

Where ∆C = change in concentration

∆t = change in time

Reaction rates change with temperature . It is ture because in general rate of chemical reaction is increased in the rise of temperature .with increasing temperature frequency collision increased and number of chemical specis reaching the energy of activation per unit will also increased . Hence rate of reaction increase . For decreasing the temperature rate also decreases .

Reaction rates change with present of a catalyst . It is ture because a catalyst increases or decreases a reaction rate by lowering or increasing the activation energy .

rate = K[A]? ----0 utting the experiment o valve in equation , we get (0.0030 M.5+7=Klo:15 m]--0 Ke 0.0030M 57 (0.15 m)? = 0.7 The order of a reaction is defined as the sum of powers of the concenthation term present in experimental determined rate lHence overall reaction @rder Ü 3 (three) for the reaction whose hate follows: rate = K[A][B]
