Few of the major issues that is significant in our community when it comes to public health problem are money and social stigma. Considering the fact as a developing country most of the section of rural areas are not exposed to basic medical education as well as medical facilities. Social stigmas also plays a major role in urban and rural areas. For example most of the cases of breast cancer and ovarian cancers are diagnosed in late stages due to not realizing early symptoms and even stigma of not opening it up about it. Cases of HIV also faces the similar consequences. Lack of proper knowledge and education are still prevalent in our community and we need to overcome from it in coming future. The key is that the more we talk about it more group of people will know what the disorder is and how to take preventive actions for it.
Organisation of health related educational program needs to planned for this. Information associated with malnutrition, tuberculosis, HIV, cancer etc. needed to be make people aware of. Free medical camp, facilities will also help in making people aware of the disorder. The importance of maintaining hygiene which can prevent spread of viral and bacterial disease should be circulated among commoners.
