1) Ethic: To be professional attachment:

Benefits: The employees and the supplies and contractors will have the professional relations which are concerned with the institution’s business only. It will save the time and resources of the institution.

Example: If a supplies has been contracted for the supply of the factory supplies than the same supplier could not contract for administration supplies.

Evaluation: It is good regarding (a) Proper and committed supply of factory supplies, (b) particular supplier is accounted for the specific supplies, (c) supply with exception.

It is bad regarding (a) Good supplier involved in one supply only, (b) inappropriate use of suppliers/resources, (c) wastage of time and money in dealing with many suppliers.

2) Ethic: Not to concentrate of caste and rationalism:

Benefits: The employees will work in harmony and fearless with coordination of each other. The productivity and quality of product will improve and appreciation from government and customers.

Example: The institution will not differentiate between employees in transfers and promotions on the criteria of religion and castes and a common mess for all the employees. The seniority is not differentiating points at any activity of the institution.

Evaluation: It is good regarding (a) Employees will feel related and equated, (b) harmony and collective work at the workplace, (c) benefits and appreciation from government and clients, (d) increase in production and sales.

It is bad regarding (a) The employees could take it a weakness of the management and could try to overpower and have their undue demands, (b) may lead to unionism which could hamper the institution’s working.
