Acetaminophen dosage regimen:
   -Dosage should not exceed total 4g/day
   -If moderate to severe pain 2.5mg/325mg 1-2tab oral every 6hours
    -5mg/325mg, 7.5mg/500mg, 10mg/650mg 1tab orally every 6hours

most appropriate dose for this patient is 2.5mg every 6th hourly.
